How to Order

How do I order?
First you need to register your details through our user friendly online system, then the next time you log in the ordering process will be quick and easy. Click on LOG IN / REGISTER in the green bar above. Once registered you can also setup up a credit account from MY ACCOUNT. Whilst waiting for your credit account to be authorised (2-5 days) or if you do not wish to open a credit account you can pay by credit card or cash/cheque on delivery each time you checkout.

To view menus and start placing an order click on BROWSE THE MENU in the green bar above. Select any menu category and choose either Set menus or Create your own at this point the shopping basket will appear. If you have already logged in a red box will appear titled 'Step two - Delivery' you will need to enter the date and earliest and latest delivery time to determine your fuel levy charge and minimum order amount. At the next stage Step three you will need to select or create/add a new delivery adress for your order and then select 'Start my order'. You are now ready to order and start adding items into the basket. Once completed click on CHECKOUT at the bottom of the basket. This will take you through to a summary basket page, you can either amend amounts or items at this stage or click on CHECKOUT again to go through to the payment stage.

When your order has been processed by one of our team you will recieve an email confirmation. If we have not confirmed your order by email please call to check we have received your order. If at any stage you need to discuss your order or have any queries then please call us on 020 8735 4050 and we will be happy to help. Many queries can also be answered by clicking on the FAQ's tab above.

Please note that we do not accept any orders over the phone.

Please note for clarification during the ordering process, and for easy administration purposes afterwards for both you and us you must submit separate bookings for each order. So for example if you have 3 breakfast orders or 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 afternoon tea on the same day please create 3 separate shopping baskets and submit them individualy. This may create a little more work initially but if you need to cancel, amend or use orders again from order history in my account this will save you time in the long run. You will also be able to clearly reference individual orders with their own order names, purchase order numbers, delivery windows and costings etc.

Please note if you place one order and request us to split the order into different amounts you will be charged a £10 surcharge
