First you need to register your details through our user friendly online system, then the next time you log in the ordering process will be quick and easy. Click on the orange LOG IN / REGISTER tab above.
For company/office users once registered you can also apply for a credit account from ACCOUNT. Whilst waiting for your credit account to be authorised (2-5 days) or if you do not wish to open a credit account you can pay by credit card each time you checkout.
To view menus and start placing an order click on OUR FOOD and select the menu that applies to you either OFFICE DELIVERY or HOME DELIVERY. View the various menu categories and enter one by clicking on CREATE YOUR OWN. Here you will be able to start shooping. As soon as you add a product to the basket a delivery details pop box will appear requesting the delivery date, time and address. This will determine your minimum order amount and admin fee. You are now ready to order and start adding items into the basket. Once completed click on CHECKOUT at the bottom of the basket or SAVE ORDER FOR LATER. Checkout will take you through to a ordering summary page, if details are correct click CHECKOUT again and go through to the payment page.
When your order has been processed by one of our team you will recieve an email confirmation. If we have not confirmed your order by email please call to check we have received your order. If at any stage you need to discuss your order or have any queries then please call us on 020 8735 4050 and we will be happy to help. Many queries can also be answered by clicking on the FAQ's tab.
Please note that we cannot process any orders over the phone.
For company account users
Please note for clarification during the ordering process, and for easy administration purposes afterwards for both you and us you must submit separate bookings for each order. So for example if you have 2 breakfast orders or 1 breakfast and 1 lunch on the same day please create 2 separate orders and submit them individualy. This may create a little more work initially but if you need to cancel, amend part 1 of the orders or use orders again from order history in my account this will save you time in the long run. You will also be able to clearly reference individual orders with their own order names, purchase order numbers, delivery windows and costings etc.
Please note if you place one order and request us to split product items into different amounts you will be charged a £10 surcharge
